Q: When will I receive my tracking number?

A: You will usually receive your tracking number within 1 to 2 days of shipment.

Q: Why isn't my tracking number working?

A: It may take up to 5 days for your tracking number to activate once you receive it.

Q: How fast is the delivery time?

A: 7-14 Business days for shipping in US. International shipping may take longer. Deadpool  masks may be a few extra days due to increased orders.

Q: What is the exchange/return policy?
